1. The service

iagendar.me is an appointment-scheduling platform that lets businesses receive online bookings and their clients book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, or to process third-party data without consent. As a business, you are responsible for the client data you capture on the platform.

4. Plans, trial, and payments

We offer a free plan with usage limits and paid plans with additional features. New accounts include a 10-day trial of Premium features.

Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your dashboard. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billed period. On expiry, the account moves to the free plan.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, iagendar.me is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
